How to Download Add-ons and Themes After Purchasing
Find the files you paid for, sign in to your WP Travel Engine account, and download your add-ons and premium themes with confidence.
Before you start
You are a few steps away from getting the files you bought.
After you purchase a WP Travel Engine package plan, WP Travel Engine sends you an email with your username and password. You will use those details to sign in and access your downloads.
An add-on is an extra feature you install on your WordPress website. A theme controls how your tour website looks on the front end. You will download both from your WP Travel Engine account area. That is the customer area tied to your purchase.
Sign in with the same email address you used when you made the purchase. If you use a different email address, you may not see the Download button on the add-on or theme page.
Download your add-ons and themes
What you will need before you start: the username and password from your purchase email.
Log in to your account
First, sign in so WP Travel Engine can confirm what you purchased.
Go to WP Travel Engine My Account. This page is where your customer account lives.
Enter the username and password from your email. Then click Log In.
If the sign-in works, you will be inside your account and ready to open the product page. Now you can go get the file you need.
Visit the add-on or theme page
Next, open the page for the exact product you want to download. This matters because the download button appears on that product's page.
If you bought an add-on for a specific tour need, open that add-on page. For example, you might use Trip Fixed Starting Dates if you run group departures on set dates.

When the page opens, look around the main page area for the product details and the download option. You are now in the right place.
Click Download
Now you can save the file to your computer.
Once you are logged in with the email address used for the purchase, the Download button appears on the product page. It is usually shown in the main content area of the page.
Click Download to save the file. For example, if you bought a premium theme for your trekking business or an add-on for gear rental options, this is the file you will later upload to your WordPress site.
If the file starts downloading, everything worked. You can move on to installing it on your website.
